Patti Molitor

Patti Molitor, MSW, is a social worker with more than 30 years of experience in child protection, crisis intervention, and community mental health. Since 1995, she has specialized in crisis response, supporting individuals and families during acute mental health and substance-related crises.
She currently serves as the embedded mental health clinician with the Apple Valley Police Department, corresponding with officers on mental health and substance-related calls. Her work includes on-scene assessments, de-escalation support, and close collaboration with officers and community partners to improve safety and outcomes for people in crisis.
Patti is also a strong advocate for first responder wellness, supporting retreats and programs that address the emotional demands of emergency work. She is honored to contribute to Rest and Resilience.
Outside of work, Patti enjoys traveling, shopping, spending time at the lake, being with her family, and doting on her two Boston Terriers.
