Served as Executive Director of the Master of Education in Teaching and Learning Program, leading program growth, curriculum development, faculty collaboration, student success initiatives, and international partnerships that expanded graduate education opportunities across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Jamaica.

Experienced in community and organizational leadership, building strategic partnerships among schools, universities, libraries, businesses, and community organizations to expand opportunities and strengthen collaboration. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, program development, workforce initiatives, and creating sustainable networks that connect education, industry, and community.

I want to be involved with Rest & Resilience Retreat because I value supporting first responders and their families and recognize the challenges they face through their service. I admire the organization’s mission to provide a space for wellness, healing, and connection, and I would be honored to contribute my time and skills to a cause that makes a meaningful and lasting impact on those who spend their lives serving and caring for others.
